How to Create a Quick Links Page in Your Yahoo Store
As you all already know, links are extremely important for a successful online business. Doing this in your Yahoo Store is so easy, my 12 year daughter handles my links page. Here is a quick and easy tutorial to show you how to make and add a links page to your Yahoo Store.
- Login to your Yahoo Store and goto the Store Editor. Once inside the Yahoo Store Editor, click on the Contents button.

- Click New

- In the Id field, type in a unique name for your link. (Lets say you are linking to Y Store Tutorials, then you could name the Id ystoretutorials or ystore-tutorials or ystutorials or whatever you want it to be…it really doesn't matter what you put here as long as its unique from any other page in your store. If I was adding a link to say, Mozilla Firefox, I would name my Id something like 'get-firefox'.) In the Type drop down menu, choose link. and then click Continue.

- Now you need to fill in the link information. The Name, Url, Image (if you want it) and the link description or Abstract as its called inside your Yahoo Store.

- Now before you click Update copy the ID to your clipboard or write it down so you can remember it.

- Once you have the ID handy, you can paste this ID into a separate "links page" (previously created) in the contents area of that page. When you do this successfully, you will end up with a link that looks like the image below.

- Thats it…you are done. That is a quick and simple way of creating a links page for your Yahoo Store. Since you have to get as many incoming and reciprocal links as you can, this Yahoo Store feature makes adding a links page a breeze. Just another great reason a Yahoo Store is the best ecommerce platform on the market today.
